MoS and Central Station Records

Ministry of Sound Australia and Central Station Records jump in bed together.

For any Sydney-siders who were a little saddened by the news late last year that Central Station Records was to become yet another victim of the global economic crisis, here's some good news. MoS and its mum, Universal Music, have taken on board the Sydney record stalwart, which has been responsible for more than 30 years' worth of awesome dance releases. The first release will be Skitz Mix 30, due out later in the month, plus a Wild compilation - just like old times! Stay tuned for new CSR news.

I think it's less a merger and more a case of CSR ceasing to exist all together without the financial support of a larger company.
