Anthems: 90's

Ministry of Sound have worked their way through the epicentre of the decade that defined dance music and have created the latest instalment in their prestigious Anthems series – Anthems: 90s. The compilation chronicles the beginnings of rave music in the early part of the decade, through to the high energy mainstream dance explosion of the 1990s. The compilation takes listeners through a nostalgic ride to discover some of the landmark tracks that defined not only the decade, but dance music itself across 60 tracks and three mixes.
Anthems: 90s kicks off with early ‘90s classics from artists such as Urban Cookie Collective, CeCe Peniston and Phats and Small, as well as anthems that depict the explosion of house music in the mid ‘90s with tracks from Livin’ Joy, Haddaway, The Bucketheads and The Nightcrawlers. Then, the compilation rounds off with high energy anthems which symbolised the end of the decade of dance, with tracks from legendary DJs and producers including The Prodigy, Fatboy Slim and Underworld.
