Belgian noise-masters The Subs are the first artist to be signed to Ministry of Sound’s new label DOWNRIGHT. Last year, The Subs grabbed the European festival and club circuit by the untouchables and dragged them into an anarchical frenzy.
These Belgian beat-bastards wanted to see how far they could push the limits and turned out to be a massive cross-over success. Now it’s Australia’s turn! Already being spun on Triple J and in clubs around the country, ‘Mitsubitchi’ has a building groove and infectious hook that will get you fired up.
It’s the first taste from a swag of singles to come from their forthcoming first Australian album release. ‘Mitsubitchi’ has featured on The Bloody Beetroots disc for Ministry of Sound compilation Destroy as well as Steve Aoki on his disc for the recent #1 selling Sessions Seven.
Receiving a thumbs-up from the likes of Boysnoize, Philippe Zdar, T. Raumschmiere, Laurent Garnier and Tiësto, The Subs are taking over in 2010.
