Death Ray Shake feat. Boswell - I Beg To Differ

After hitting the top 10 of the ARIA Club Chart not once, not twice, but three times in 2016 (including two top 5 positions), Australian producer Death Ray Shake delivers his latest club burner 'I Beg To Differ'. 'I Beg To Differ' sees Death Ray Shake team up with Sydney singer-songwriter Boswell. Boswell's enthralling vocals paint the picture as a minimalistic house beat builds towards a collection of powerful chorus moments with brash synths and ground shattering drum hits. With previous releases on Mark Knight's Toolroom Records and Oliver Heldens' Heldeep Records, Death Ray Shake is quietly building a reputation as one of Australia's most exciting producers.

Joel Fletcher & Tyron Hapi feat. Bianca - Smooth Operator

After setting dancefloors ablaze with 'Embers', Joel Fletcher, Tyron Hapi, and Bianca team up once more to produce their latest hands-in-the-air anthem 'Smooth Operator'. Opening with acoustic guitar lines, Bianca's unmissable vocals are slowly introduced over subtle piano chords before building up into a radiating chorus & mammoth bass drop. Add a splash of that Joel Fletcher & Tyron Hapi magic and you've got yourself a sure-fire winner!

Kilter - I Hear You

Following the huge success of previous singles "They Don't Know Us" and "Count On Me" ft. LANKS, Sydney producer Kilter proves again he's the driving force in Australia's electronic scene with today's infectious new track "I Hear You" (as premiered on triple j's Good Nights). The singleis taken from Kilter's forthcoming debut album, Through The Distortion due for release June 9 via etcetc. To celebrate, Kilter embarks on a live national tour throughout June and July, capping off shows in seven cities with a performance at Byron Bay's Splendour in the Grass festival. In pure Kilter style, "I Hear You" starts slow and ends big, its crafty formatting allowing a climactic, exhilarating release. With each listen, another layer of wild, melodic ambience is unveiled as his impeccable production abilities shine through. From Kilter: "[A] weird beat idea that I had sidelined for almost a year before it found its feet. My initial writing on this song was focused around the relationship between the growling bass sound and the shifting half time/double time feel in the percussion. It was weird but I felt there was something to it."

JNTHN STEIN - Everything Is A Drug

Brookyln-based producer and multi-instrumentalist JNTHN STEIN returns with the first single from his forthcoming EP, 'Everything Is A Drug'. An experimental fusion of jazz piano, blues guitar and off beat rhythms come together in unison, all produced, recorded and performed by the man himself. The track kicks off with STEIN's deft Rhodes-esque chords dominating the soundscape, instantly setting a contemplative and sombre mood. As the track builds with vocal hums and clicks, a psychedelic orchestra comes to fruition, meticulously constructed by STEIN. A mélange of instruments keep the tension taut before the first beat is dropped, suddenly switching into a cymbal crashing build that borrows from jazz, blues and R&B influences to create something truly unique. Finally STEIN's titular vocal refrain denotes the final act, emblazoned with a searing guitar solo that makes for a brazen topline guiding the arrangement towards the track's final and literal exhale.

Weiss (UK) - Change Dat

UK's Weiss has had a meteoric rise the past year, and we welcomed him to Dirtybird with his single "Walk With Her" on our New Year's compilation late last year. Producing tracks that properly cover all the bases—rolling grooves, lots of bass, solid drums and the right amount of vocal bits—his tracks are a favorite to play and consistently crush it, no matter the size of the crowd. He sent in two tracks specifically for us, and it only took hearing a couple notes to confirm they were a perfect fit. "Change Dat" reminds us of the old Music For Freaks—unique percussion, trippy effects and quirky sounds set amongst a classic Chicago style bounce. While the title track might remind us of MFF, "Charlie Brown" has a vintage Dirtybird flavor all over it….off-the-wall melody, unconventional bass sounds, and a contagious circus vibe that our fans know and love.

Lost Frequencies feat. Axel Ehnström - All Or Nothing (Remixes Part 2)

In the wake of four gigantic smash songs, including the ARIA #1 'Are You With Me', Belgian DJ/producer Lost Frequencies releases his brand-new single 'All Or Nothing' featuring Finnish singer-songwriter Axel Ehnström. A testament to the globally renowned signature sound of the young Belgian, 'All Or Nothing' is driven by a grand mixture of recognizable vocals, catchy lyrics and soothing deep house vibes, a formula proven by its predecessors. The track's contagiousness is off the charts, enabling it to rise as Lost Frequencies' next potential super smash. The absolute success of this track has seen the release of not one but two release packages so far, the remix from Dutch Duo Dirtcaps, and 'All Or Nothing Remixes - Part One' which features fellow European producers Seizo, Angemi, Who Knows, and Bolier. Continiuning to ride this success, Lost Frequencies have released 'All Or Nothing Remixes - Part Two' which features the like of Sultan + Shepard, To/Die/For, and Jako Diaz.

Another winner from SCNDL, this has epic written all over it! Now the guys are set to releases the remixes from Aussies JaySounds, Matt Watkins and Raffa.

Sacha Robotti - Melato Nina

If you've followed Dirtybird for a while, then you're surely aware of Sacha Robotti. He's graced the label several times the past 5 years, but often with a collaborator—Kill Frenzy, Kevin Knapp, Justin Jay, Look Like, etc. "Melato Nina" is Sacha's first solo EP with us and both tracks are filled with emotion, appropriately so. The title track continuously builds around the haunting synth melody and the subdued vocals of Tauon, while the melodic "Low Key Goddess" contrasts the extremes of light & dark sounds to culminate in two brilliant pieces of music.

Set Mo - After Dark Vol. 1

Since catapulting onto the scene only two years ago, Sydney duo Set Mo (Nick Drabble & Stu Turner) have racked up millions of plays online, had one of the most played songs on Triple j (their massive hit single 'White Dress'), toured the country including playing marathon 'Stamina Sessions' extended sets and have appeared at a slew of major festivals including Splendour In The Grass, Field Day, Mountain Sounds and Beyond The Valley. Now Set Mo have gone back to their club roots with the release of a brand new two-track EP, 'After Dark Vol. 1'. With a darker and more club-focused edge than previous singles 'White Dress', 'Comfort You' and 'See Right Through Me', 'After Dark Vol. 1' delivers two tracks made for dark dancefloors, with both tracks already being road-tested in Set Mo's sets on their 10-date Never Ending Summer Tour. Set Mo explain how the EP came together: "We've both been Djing for almost 10 years a piece and seriously love house music as anyone who has heard a set from us can attest to. The After Dark series is an outlet for the tracks we've written strictly for the club and we're very stoked to share Volume 1 with you now. Up first is 'Yeah'. We wrote this punchy number a couple of years ago and have been playing it in our sets and refining it over that time and we couldn't be happier to finally let it loose into the world. Secondly we have 'Merriwa', written in the town after which it's named. We spent a solid 10 days writing in Merriwa in country NSW last year and this is the first track (of many) we're releasing from that very productive trip. On a slightly darker, tribal tip, this one belongs a little later in the night for when the club needs that extra injection of energy. We hope you enjoy these tracks on a dancefloor after dark soon." Set Mo will soon be hitting the road once again, performing at Groovin The Moo and returning to Splendour In The Grass. Stay tuned for another major tour announcement next week, which will see Set Mo taking in some Australian locations for the very first time.

'The Wipe Down' is a hefty serving of minimalistic basslines & piercing synths paired with emotive strings and rapid fire vocal hooks to produce a devastating dancefloor throbber!

Palais - Apolis EP

'Apolis', the long awaited debut EP from Perth producer Palais is finally here. If you aren't already familiar with the name Palais (pronounced 'Palace'), you can bet your favourite producers are. This genre-defying artist is a firm favourite of those in the know and his impeccable production style and obvious wide range of musical influences makes the Palais sound easily recognisable but difficult to define. Looking forward, 2017 sees Palais return to the world after many months crafting his new EP 'Apolis'. While all the vocal collaborators on Apolis are also from Perth, the EP as a whole was more of a mobile affair with tracks developed in planes, hotel rooms, and Palais' favourite place to work - the library. A DIY affair, Jeremy recorded vocals, mixed the EP and worked on the artwork with a graphic designer friend - a testament to the hands-on approach of this talented young producer.

Cammora - On My Way

Cammora is an up-coming electronic dance music artist, with his roots and identity remaining yet a mystery. His indie/pop and house influences are bringing a diversified taste and musical attitude in the scene. Colour Castle - Love Addict

Sydney producer Colour Castle, aka Chris Pilot, has just released a new track of eclectic proportions and epic genre blurring. 'Love Addict' is a dance floor starter with a slow build made up strings and gospel-like tones to ease us into what is an almighty house track, with a little bit of everything in it. "The inspiration was to strive for a classic house sound built around a core of orchestra hits and string elements." - Colour Castle It really is impressive how Colour Castle has taken elements from a variety of differing genres and pulled them together to flow so perfectly well, transitioning between hypnotic rhythms and slick instrumental productions. Then tying it all together with those soulful, diva-ish vocals from an artist who will forever remain a secret - let's just say she's worked with some platinum selling artists and leave it at that "After the song was done, the hunt for the right voice begun. I knew exactly the female 'diva' style vocal the song needed to be complete, and after months of searching and nothing fitting, I managed to connect with a vocalist from the UK with the exact sound it needed." - Colour Castle Considering this is one of Colour Castle's favourite tracks to date, there's no doubt the addictive beats will have you pressing play over and over again. You will need this track just "like a baby needs a mamma."

Axel Ehnström - All Or Nothing (Afrojack & Ravitez Remix)

The absolute success of this track has seen the release of three remix packages so far, the remix from Dutch Duo Dirtcaps, 'All Or Nothing Remixes - Part One' which features fellow European producers Seizo, Angemi, Who Knows, and Bolier, and more recently 'All Or Nothing Remixes - Part Two' which features the like of Sultan + Shepard, To/Die/For, and Jako Diaz. Now Lost Frequenices is back again to deliver yet another remix package, the latest remix features the works of Afrojack & Ravitez which you can listen to below.

Zumii - Believe

Hands in the air for this festival anthem from Zumii! The Melbourne EDM guru breaks ground with his new single 'Believe'.

Lucille Croft - Cosmic

Reconfiguring creative standards, Lucille Croft is omitting the norm and signalling a new affinity in the future-house realm.

COMBO! - The Wipe Down

Straight off the back of a Beatport top 10 with Orkestrated, COMBO! hits another home run with his latest underground anthem. 'The Wipe Down' is a hefty serving of minimalistic basslines & piercing synths paired with emotive strings and rapid fire vocal hooks to produce a devastating dancefloor throbber!

GT, Olsen & Wildfire - I'm Telling You

3 of Australia's most exciting house music producers right now have combined forces on some serious dance floor heat in 'I'm Telling You'.Starting off with ominous synths & moody pads, a warm vocal begins to paint a picture of a difficult breakup before opening into a deep & dark house drop. On the remix tip, Jordan Burns delves deep with a late night thumper, Kormak injects his signature blend of Chicago house and Raffa thinks outside the box with some stripped back sunset house.

Joel Fletcher & Tyron Hapi feat. Bianca - Embers

Combining Tyron's melodies with Joel's golden touch, the boys serve up a gritty yet melodic electro effort that's destined to set floors ablaze. As the mood establishes early with soft pianos and warm pads, Bianca's captivating vocals burst through before a monstrous drop is unleashed. No doubt about it, this tune is HOT!

Krunk! - To The Wire feat. Tima Dee (Remixes)

The Remix pack for Krunk's huge tune 'To The Wire' is finally here with remixes from Firelite, YROR and Folly!!
