Where You From

JaySoundsis hitting his stride as of late, each week delving into new & exciting territory with his thumping studio productions. His latest single titled Where You From, is nothing short of epic with its relentless drumwork, speaker-rupturing bass, jagged vox and growling sound design. This culmination of dark electro & bellowing bass house vibes bleeds across 3 minutes of floor filing weaponry. This is dance-floor carnage in its rawest form.

See Right Through Me

Having recently wrapped a mammoth 17-date national tour in support of their single 'Comfort You', Set Mo now unveil 'See Right Through Me', featuring the vocals of fellow Sydney-sider Xavier Dunn.Set Mo explain how the track came together: "We started writing this song earlier in the year just as summer was coming to an end. It was our first summer playing lots of festivals and great outdoor daytime parties all around the country. When the gigs settled down and we had some uninterrupted time in the studio, the memories of our greatest summer to date really came through in the music we were writing. As with all our favourite songs, 'See Right Through Me' was written in a single session. The track was written with our good friend Xavier Dunn who also sings on it. We couldn't be happier with how this turned out and feel like it's the perfect time to get it out to the world just as we start rolling into summer."

IOUE

It's safe to say Tommy Trash has had a busy 2016. His highly successful LUV U GIV EP, a hefty banger in Bird Alert and most recently his collab with Fool's Gold head honcho A-Trak on 'Lose My Mind' have been a part of a whirlwind 8 months and there's no signs of slowing down. This time round, Tommy has combined forces with bass house guru TAISUN on some jawdroping electro goodness in 'IOUE'. Hints of gritty '08 electro bleed throughout this masterpiece with b-more drum breaks, youthful chants, subtle organ chords, piercing vocoder and distorted guitar-like riffs. Absolute fire from the moment you hit play!

It was the incredible Isley Brothers who originally wrote and recorded 'Shout', but it was Australia's first rock n roll super star Jonny O'Keefe and his version in the early '60s that went on to become an Australian anthem! We were so excited to put our own spin on this classic belter."

Booty Percolatin'

Back in 2015 our bearded Dirtybird Player, Will Clarke, needed a secret weapon for some of his festival gigs for the Summer. He sampled the ghetto house legend, DJ Funk, who made an appearance on Dirtybird back in 2013 for the Kill Frenzy smash, "Make That Booty Clap". Will passed it on to the rest of the Dirtybird crew, and before we knew it the track took a life of it's own and quickly became one of the most requested tracks, even to this day. Will ended up linking with DJ Funk himself, and they turned what was a quick bootleg into a full blown collaboration. Ladies & Gentlemen, "Booty Percolatin'" is officially here.

Sunshine (Remixes)

Upon hearing 'Sunshine', you may be inclined to think you've just discovered your favourite unearthed classic house gem. The mastermind behind this fresh faced offering however is none other than London producer-come-songwriter TIEKS and it will bring a ray of sunshine to your day! 'Sunshine' has received the royal remix treatment with KC Lights, Zac Samuel, Capa & Special Requests putting their spin on one of the UK's most talked about singles of 2016.

Thinking About It (Let It Go)

Already a roaring success in his home country, named 'Man of The Year' and 'Singer of The Year' by one of Israel's biggest national radio stations, Nathan Goshen's first two albums went GOLD; a success crowned by winning 'Composer of the Year' in 2011 from non-profit rights corporation ACUM. Now, via a bedroom in Holland, 16-year-old producer KVR is taking Goshen's music to the international stage; and looks set to take the world by storm.

Crank It (Woah!)

Kideko & George Kwali feat. Nadia Rose & Sweetie Irie's 'Crank It (Woah!)' is the new vocal version of one of this year's biggest records. Now with Nadia Rose and Sweetie Irie on board expect this to dominate charts and playlists for the rest of the year. With its infectious bassline and distinctive sound, 'Crank It' has amassed a dizzying array of supporters including Annie Mac, Pete Tong, Danny Howard, MistaJam, Dance Anthems, and Toddla T at Radio 1, plus huge support from Kiss, Kiss Fresh, Capital Xtra, Fatboy Slim, Gorgon City, David Guetta,Armand Van Helden and many more.

Collab Bro

Timmy Trumpet and Angemi joined special forces to throw several genres into one banging tune. It starts with a mad build up and explodes into a mighty drop. The very subtle hidden trap breaks and hi-hats are a small taste of what is yet to come. These bro's will surprise you with a BPM change halfway which is crazy! Every part of the track has a different taste, but they sure know how to bring the right flavor. 'Collab Bro' out now on Maxximize Records.

Wings

Known as one of dance music's most creative artists, Armand van Helden now brings the instant classic 'Wings'. The mighty Armand van Helden works his magic on the world famous vocals of this pop classic, resulting in the undeniable earwurm 'Wings'. Fantastic rhythms, synth pads and melodics are taking it sky high, making sure the audience will float away on sweet waves of bliss.

Silo

It's been almost two years since we released Kill Frenzy's debut album 'Taylr Swft' to the world, and since then he's made an appearance on our "Large Room Vol. 1" sampler with "H.O.U.S.E", and was featured on Justin Martin's album with "Wet Cat", along with Ardalan, earlier this year. He's traveled the world with us as a Dirtybird Player and is a big part of the Dirtybird family, and we're bringing him back to the label with the monster single, "Silo". "The name I gave the track has a special meaning to me. 'Silo' is the name of my favorite club in Leuven, Belgium that had so many great artists coming through there, and where I discovered a lot of great music. Sadly it closed a few years ago, but I remember seeing Claude VonStroke there once, which is probably in my memory still one of my favorite sets from him. I gave him a CD that night with some demos but never heard from him. Luckily a few years later, I finally did ;) " We're glad he did too.

Sniper

Paul Dluxx is in the form of his life right now. With a Beatport #1 Breaks under his belt and endless international support from DJ Snake, Tommy Trash, David Guetta, Steve Aoki and Lucas & Steve, there's no doubt in our mind this guy is going from strength to strength. Joining him on this week's firepower is Queensland's LowParse. Hotly tipped from Skrillex's music portal Nest HQ as one of the most underrated producers out there right now, LowParse is making huge waves in the electro house scene, most notably his recent remix for Alex Preston & Kyro skyrocketing to #3 on ARIA's Club Charts. Enlisting the vocal talents from Clinton Sly, Sniper melts the 2 producers best strengths into a gargantuan main room rinser. Booming drumlines and military snares break in to a bold brass breakdown (alliteration on fleek) that before a savage drop unravels full of blocky plucks and chirpy animal noises. It sounds weird on paper, but by god this track is fearsome! Remix heave comes courtesy of Duke & Jones with a thick af trap rework, PNCVZ with a 150bpm bass beast & Duckworthsound with some in-yo-face night rave.

Lose My Mind

A-Trak has teamed back up with Tommy Trash for "Lose My Mind", a feel-good, satin jacket jam for our crazy times. These DJ heroes have slowed down the tempo and turned up the bump, ticking all boxes for "joy" in the process: distorted bass riffs, vintage vocals, and a Travolta-worthy disco strut. No straight jacket required!

Beautiful Life (Remixes Part 1)

It's a 'Beautiful Life' indeed when Erick Morillo and ANGEMI get to work their magic. As both turn Lost Frequencies' grand single into a musical spectacle, you once again get to indulge in the finest music in this world. What else could you possibly wish for?

It was our first summer playing lots of festivals and great outdoor daytime parties all around the country. When the gigs settled down and we had some uninterrupted time in the studio, the memories of our greatest summer to date really came through in the music we were writing. As with all our favourite songs, 'See Right Through Me' was written in a single session. The track was written with our good friend Xavier Dunn who also sings on it. We couldn't be happier with how this turned out and feel like it's the perfect time to get it out to the world just as we start rolling into summer."

Will passed it on to the rest of the Dirtybird crew, and before we knew it the track took a life of it's own and quickly became one of the most requested tracks, even to this day.
