When it comes to propagating cheesy hi-nrg remakes and trance versions of pop songs, the gym is often the worst offender. MoS's in-depth studies have proven, however, that these types of musics are precisely the ones that get us off our butts - if not through their upbeat tempos then in a desperate bid to change the song. But, in truth, how many of us don't have an iPod list for workouts we'd rather not share with others... or listen to at any point outside of the exercise realm?
