Tune Of The Week: Paces - Bamboo

Natural enemy of the chilly mid-year Paces is dropping yet another sun-drenched track that is sure to bring on an early summer. After only weeks ago releasing his smash track 'Hold It Down' the good times are set to keep on rollin' with the B-side single, 'Bamboo', which is out now via etcetc.

We're used to seeing Paces' crunchy beats alongside the likes of Tkay Maidza, Kučka, and Reija Lee, but this time the Gold Coast $wÅgL0Rd is going it alone. What results is an anthemic buzz of a track, which is sure to be well placed on the producer's set list on the 'Hold It Down' national tour, kicking off on August 7th. He'll be in fine company, joined by Perth producer Leon Osborne on warm up duties.

2015 has been a huge year for Paces with a debut national tour, a slot in Triple J's Hottest 100 from his collaboration with Tkay Maidza,'Switch Lanes' and a #27 on the iTunes charts with his own hit single 'Nothing's Forever', featuring vocals from WAM Award-winner Kučka. Paces has also been getting attention abroad having recently released official remixes for UK band Years and Years and U.S. pop star Tinashe.
