Upon being premiered on Indie Shuffle, Yeah Yeah Yeah spread across the blogosphere and went straight to #1 on the Hype Machine Popular Tracks chart and subsequently posted on the influential Eton MessyYouTube channel. Yeah Yeah Yeah has been buzzing hard as fans wait for a release date.
Early radio play from Pete Tong, Kiss Fresh, Capital Xtra, Bauer Network, Gaydio, MOS Radio, Juice FM Weekend Worldie (Liverpool), it has already entered Cool Cuts chart top ten AND spiking through the Shazam chart in the UK. Influential names such as Todd Edwards, Mylo, Dimitri From Paris, have come out in support of the intoxicating house stormer.
Some may be familiar with Jax Jones as writer and feature for Duke Dumont's 2014 club anthems 'I Got U' which was nominated as Best Dance Recording in the Grammys and 2 BRIT awards. It was a Number 1 in UK & Ireland, reaching both Platinum status there and in Australia. Jax Jones has a great introduction to house and music fans alike, being a part of 1.4m sales worldwide, 120m YouTube views, 70m Spotify streams and 17m spins on SoundCloud.
As well as his working on his debut LP, Jax also co-wrote Duke Dumont's ' Won't Look Back' which reached No2 in the UK charts, has 3 co-writes on the forthcoming album as well as a collaboration with MK in the works.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this overtly euphoric house track. The never-ending strings are crisp, the vocals are a contrasting bellow of soul, and the percussion serves to amplify all of the happiness that's exuding from its musical counterparts. The bass is sticky, and Jones rolls through the five plus minutes that seem to end all too quickly. With a few huge tracks under his belt, first the Grammy-nominated I GOT U with Duke Dumont and then his premiere single Go Deep, Jax Jones is not showing signs of slowing down anytime soon. And thank god; this man writes some damn good music, yeah? – Indie Shuffle
