Seems we’re always banging on about the future of music here at MoS – you can probably understand why, so here’s a nice little link that further pushes the digital music agenda. If you’re not already aware, there’s a site called Lala.com, which is a perfectly legal and licensed music purchasing site. Unlike some commercial music portals, LaLa lets you listen to the entire track for free just once; if you like what you hear and want to hear it more, you have to buy it, but you have the choice of several formats – there’s a 10c (US) web song or you can pay more for an MP3 or full CD. You can also keep your library online and access it whenever you’re logged into the internets – no authorisations for computers/users required. Take me to Lala at once.
