Ministry of Sound Touring Updates

2013 was welcomed in style. Involvement with Pacha Sydney combined with the traditional New Years Day Classics party, allowed us to delivery an epic NY with AN21, Max Vangelli, Junior Jack and Kid Crème, rocking out Pacha at ivy to a 3000-strong crowd & a firework frenzied celebration for NYE. And for those still going, Late Nite Tuff Guy provided the groove to Ajax's House Classics on NYD with 2000 daytime bodies bumping in the sunshine.

On the domestic front, Soapbox Agency has posted an impressive run of events in the 4th quarter and into January, with over 500 events booked across the 27 act roster – with lead acts Bombs Away, Tommy Trash and Tonite Only headlining the charge.

New signings G-Wizard and Kilter have brought new depth and strength to the agency, and the development of some live shows for a number of the acts looks likely to bring new growth in 2013

Also just signed on the touring roster are live act Shapeshifter out of NZ. The d&b outfit are an awesome live experience, and Soapbox will be booking the album tour and much more in Q2 2013, as well as releasing the 4th studio album.

The international department under Stuart Balfour was enormously busy as ever around festival time and Xmas, and the success of recent tours from Wolfgang Gartner, TJR, Clockwork, RL & Grime, as well as perennials Ian Carey and DJ Yoda has been well publicised.

Netsky and entourage are also coming out soon, with the hotly anticipated and developed live show being tweaked – clearly popular, the Perth show sold out in 30 minutes! They're at The Beresford in March, definitely worth coming down to…

Branded Tours – The Annual Tour hit 34 towns and cities this year, spreading the word with The Only & Tom Piper headlining.

Looking forward, Electro House Sessions 6 is rolling out nationally from 30th March, starring Soapbox artists Chardy & Ember.
