While it's a struggle in Sydney just to be allowed to stay out past 3am, Madagascar goes and gets an ex-DJ as a leader. Only 34 years old, Andry Rajoelina is the youngest president to ever be elected into office in Madagascar and is apparently popular with his female voters. So, for all the aspiring young change-makers who can't decide between being a DJ or being prime minister - thanks to Andry Rajoelina you no longer have to choose only one. You probably also don't have to lie about only inhaling.
