Internships

Looking for a head start in the music industry? Well look no further! Ministry of Sound are constantly on the lookout for future music industry super-stars to join their team, with potential opportunities that lead to a career with Ministry of Sound. Yep – real, paid jobs! Opportunities pop up across all departments including Marketing, Promotions, A&R, Touring & Events, Digital Online and Web Design. The successful candidates will be guided by the department manager to ensure they receive the most valuable experience and gain an excellent insight into the industry along with accumulating a rad new music library.  Internships are unpaid over a period of 3 months, and are based out of our Sydney office in The Rocks (with Public Transport close by).

We currently have internships available in the Digital Online and Web Design departments.

Digital Online

We are looking for young tech savvy individuals, with a passion for music and keen to gain experience in the industry, for an exciting opportunity to be a part of the MoS team! The role is an internship in our Digital Online department and would include working across all of our social networking portals, updating and loading content, assisting with written material and content,  managing contests, entries and prize distribution along with contributing ideas and suggestions for our digital and online presence.

Web Design

We are looking for a young student in the early years of their Computer Science or equivalent degree, with a broad interest in internet technologies and a good understanding of social media and web trends, to intern within our Web Design department. The role would include learning the framework of the website, working with and learning CSS/HTML, Javascript, Linux/Unix/OSX and some design work using Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Flash.
